The objectives of this course are to develop a framework for identifying, appraising and formulating retail marketing strategies and the development of an improved appreciation of the inter-relationships amongst manufacturers, distributors, and final customers. The course will be predominantly case oriented but will also involve some lectures as well as field trips.
