Visual Arts Studio 2222A/B – Sculpture, Installation and Performance I

An introduction to contemporary processes used in three-dimensional construction. Students will experiment with a variety of new and used materials and construction methods while developing skills by using tools in plaster, wood and metal workshops. The course will emphasize exploration of presentation models including sculpture, installation and performance. Antirequisite(s): VAS 2220 and 2226A/B. Prerequisite(s): VAS 1020 or VAS 1025.
