This course will provide an overview of the topic of human rights, from its origins to its 21st century reality, to its various conceptions, theoretical notions, and instruments. It will look at issues of concern, abuses and potential solutions. Antirequisite(s): Political Science 2219E, the former 209E offered 2001 to 2004 at Huron.
