This course focuses on the development of conceptual and experiential understanding of effective interpersonal helping relationships from a nursing science perspective. Students explore their interpersonal style as it impacts upon relationships with clients and colleagues using the RNAO Best Practice Guidelines on Therapeutic Relationships as a framework.
