Linear transformations, matrix representation, rank, change of basis, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, inner product spaces, quadratic forms and conic sections. Emphasis on problem-solving rather than theoretical development. Cannot be taken for credit by students in honors Mathematics programs. Antirequisite(s): Applied Mathematics 2811B, Mathematics 2120A/B, the former Mathematics 203b.
