Materials Science 2810A/B – Physical Properties of Materials

The properties of materials are described in terms of their atomic structure and interatomic bonding. The basic physical principles underlying mechanical, electrical, and magnetic properties are discussed in the context of modern materials including polymers and semiconductors. Antirequisite(s): Physics 2810A/B, the former Physics 2800 and the former Materials Science 2800.
