Linguistics 3102A/B – Linguistics Analysis with Computers

This course allows students to better understand linguistic analysis and theory by providing a set of basic programming tools that can be used to formalize hypotheses about linguistic data. Specific problems of morphology and syntax will be addressed. Antirequisite(s): Prerequisite(s): Anthropology 1027A/B or French 2806A/B or the former French 2800 or Linguistics 2288A/B or Psychology 2134A/B or Spanish 3303A/B.
