Biology 4259F/G – Research Hypothesis Testing

This course will equip students with some of the basics of experimental design and statistical analysis useful for understanding, conducting and presenting biological research. The emphasis is on practical application rather than theory, and on problems of particular concern in biological studies. Antirequisite(s): The former Biology 444a. Prerequisite(s): Biology 2244A/B or one of Statistical Sciences 2035, 2141A/B, the former 2122A/B, or Psychology 2810; and completion of at least 1.5 Biology courses at the 3000-level or above.
