Biology 3595A – Advanced Genetics

This course will use examples from diverse biological systems to expand basic genetic principles such as mutation, recombination, gene and genome evolution, complex inheritance and functional genomics. Current research information will be used to inform discussion of the implication and applications of these topics. Antirequisite(s): Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of 70% in Biology 2581B.
