Anthropology 3307A – Field Methods in Archaeology

This course provides a practical introduction to field methods and preliminary laboratory techniques of archaeology. Practical training will be given at a field camp to be held at an archaeological site near London. Antirequisite(s): Prerequisite(s): Anthropology 2229F/G and registration in Anthropology module Year 3 or 4.  Application required. Corequisite(s): Pre-or Corequisite(s): Extra Information: 0.5 course. Sessions and hours by arrangement. Permission must be obtained by application to the Department by May 30th of the academic year prior to when the course is scheduled to be offered.  Applications are available in the Department of Anthropology. back to top
